It is important that patients are to call first and schedule an appointment when you feel it is necessary to see one of our doctors. This allows us to schedule patients to get adequate time with a physician. Accepting "Walk-In" patients makes everybody wait longer than necessary. Please make sure to bring your insurance card to each office visit and give it to the receptionist on arrival.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the office at (610) 863-3019 as soon as you are able. Twenty-four hours' notice is requested when possible; this allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. If you have any further questions about a routine appointment, please email us here or call our office for urgent needs.

As your family doctor, we will coordinate ALL of your medical care. Please consult our office whenever you have a question about your health. We will be able to guide you regarding appropriate medical treatment. When medically necessary, one of our physicians will refer you to a specialist for treatment. Your physician will also help you select the proper specialist and continue to coordinate your care with the consulting doctor. Please give us at least 3 days notice to prepare your referral for all tests and appointments.

If you access specialty care without a prior written referral, you will most likely be responsible for the bill associated with the care. We are not able to issue retroactive referrals for care already rendered. If you have any further questions regarding referrals, please email us here or call our office. We will be happy to help you.

Test Results:
Our office will call you with any significant abnormal test results. If you wish to find out your test results before we call, you can email us here or call our office during working hours. We will respond to your calls and emails as quickly as possible.

Prescription Refills:
For fastest results, please email us here with your prescription refill, name and phone number of your pharmacy or call us during regular scheduled office hours to request prescription refills. Do not wait until the last day of medication to call the office. This will ensure enough time for us to review your request and send in your prescription, if indicated.
